Return Policy

At ArtisynX, we stand behind the quality of our products and experiences. Please review the following return policy carefully before placing your order.

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Some items are NOT eligible for return, so please check carefully when purchasing.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, email returns@artisynx.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping — Buyer's Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee (No Exceptions)

All approved returns — opened or unopened — are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No exceptions.
This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. If you no longer wish to keep your order after it has shipped, it will need to be processed as a return and will be subject to the 20% restocking fee.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at returns@artisynx.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Returns are not accepted for the following:
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Special event products for raffles

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, return your original item (subject to the restocking fee and return shipping at your cost), and place a new order separately.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Return shipping costs remain the buyer's responsibility.

All EU returns are also subject to the 20% restocking fee.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund (minus the 20% restocking fee and any original shipping charges) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at returns@artisynx.com.
