We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the following details regarding our shipping process, timelines, and terms.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you are pre-ordering an unreleased or scheduled product, the time will vary.

Free Shipping — U.S. Domestic Orders
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. domestic orders over $80 USD. This offer applies to the 48 contiguous United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations are excluded from this offer. Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout when your order subtotal meets the qualifying amount.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping rates vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
For in-stock and ready-to-ship products:
Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
Expedited shipping: 2–4 business days (if available)
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location within the U.S. Orders shipping from our Asia fulfillment center may take up to 10 business days to arrive.

International Shipping
For in-stock and ready-to-ship products, we ship to select international countries. Depending on your location and whether your order ships from our U.S. or Asia fulfillment center, international orders typically take 5–10 business days after processing. Please note that import duties, taxes, or customs fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

Pre-Order Items
Items marked as "pre-order" are not yet in stock and will ship once available. Pre-orders have a minimum estimated shipping timeline of 60 business days from the date of purchase. Actual ship dates depend on production and import timelines and will be communicated via email. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept this extended fulfillment window.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Delays & Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier first. For further support, email us at hello@artisynx.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery address.
